Raspberries and strawberries contain ellagic acid that can protect against some types of cancers, while the dark color of blackberries and blueberries is a result of their anti-oxidant content. Berries also have the added advantage of having high levels of vitamin C.

3. Walnuts: Walnuts are a tasty source of the important Omega-3 fatty acids and monounsaturated fats. They are extremely helpful for improving cardiovascular health as they help to lower levels of bad cholesterol and improve blood flow. Walnuts are also great for those who suffer from hypertension. Graduated from one of India's ten best medical schools in 1975. Moved to United Kingdom from 1976 to 1983 to get post-graduate training (residency equivalent) in multiple specialities including Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, Dermatology, Pediatrics, Pulmonology and Gastroenterology.

Came to the USA in 1983 and finished a three year Internal Medicine residency in 1987 at the Prince George Hospital Center in Cheverly, Maryland. Started a solo Internal Medicine practice in Woodbridge, Virginia in 1987. Started his first Urgent Care Clinic in 1994 and has been running multiple, successful Urgent Care Clinics since.
